Newby From Nth Florida checking in

I have been lurking around the forums for a few weeks , finaly decided to join the forum yesterday. We decided to add a beer tap to our home soda bar a few months ago which has snowballed into a complete upgrade of the system with the addition of 4 corny kegs , new cooler and addition of 4 more soda flavors (bib).

I am very much enjoying reading thru this huge resource of information. While not new to homebrew I am amazed at how little I know about one of the beverages I love most.

I work as a machinist in the firearms industry (NFA). 1 Wife , 2 teen age daughters , 11 dogs. Only intrest outside firearms are RC airplanes, internal combustion engines and hovercraft.

We were in Panacea this past February. I loved the fresh shrimp and bought it all the time. The beer selection was terrible, though!
