Hello everyone! Many, many thanks to you all for helping me dive into this hobby, err... Obsession! I have learned so much from this forum already, and am eager to learn much more.
Thanks to the this spot I have saved a lot of cash and have created a nice little setup, including a chest freezer fermentation chamber conversion that is currently housing my first 5 gallon batch of home brew, northern brewers caribou slobber. I had a massive krausen situation and now quietly wait... Somewhat patiently!
I already have a dunkleweizen on deck to brew this weekend and now I just have to figure out how to find 4 cases of bottles over the next several weeks!
Again thanks and I look forward to many more adventures in home brewing!
