Good afternoon y'all,

So I just went over to the brew store at lunch and bought some yeast and some hops. They both came out of a fridge, and are now sitting outside in my trunk. Should I put these in the fridge at work, or are they okay sitting in the warm trunk until I get home? It's not terribly hot out, but around 24C.

Hops are vaccuum sealed, and the yeast is the liquid kind with the smash-activator thing.

yes put the yeast in the fridge... I'm sure temps in your trunk will be over 100+ in the sun easily. Thats enough to seriously deminish your pitch rate.

...and done. Problem is I'm going sailing tonight. Going to be a tricky evening taking care of my babies - all 100 billion of them apparently.
