Hello everyone,
New to the community. Just started my first batch of home brew.
I'm set up with a one gallon glass bottle fermenting a fullbodied weizenbier.
1lb plain wheat malt extract
0.25oz bittering hops (hallertau)
1/8oz finishing hops (hallertau)
1/8oz brewers yeast

boiled 1.5L of water
added malt stired till boil
added bittering hops - boil 55min
add finishing hops - boil 5mins
cooled in cold water to 70
poured into fermenter leaving sediment behind
added water to level, added yeast, stired, & took SG level ~1.04

It is stored at 68 F
how long till I should see co2 moving though the airlock?

Thanks,

What kind of yeast did you use? If you used dry yeast and didn't rehydrate it, it will probably be anywhere from 4-24 hours; possibly a bit longer.
