I have a vial of WLP090 San Diego Super Yeast that was in my fridge for about a week then I planned to brew but it never happened. It has been at least 2 weeks that the yeast has been out. Am I ok making a starter? Will the yeast still be ok or should I toss it and just buy new yeast? Thanks for all of your help on this one.

Unless it has been kept in sauna, you will be fine to treat it as normal.

We brew with beer that is kept at RT for weeks, and we have no concerns about the viability of the yeast for re-use.

A couple of weeks out of the fridge will not hurt.
