Question on carb'ing in the keg with priming sugar. I have a brewhouse cream ale thats been in the secondary for about weeks now. If I put the packet of priming sugar in the keg and seal it for another 2-3 weeks, would it be sufficiently carbonated and ready to server at that point?

I'm thinking about going that route since I only have one regulator right now and that in use with carb'ing another keg.

It seems to me there's a thread about the amount of priming sugar being different. I don't know why, but I think it is. But yes, three weeks should do it if it's at the right temp.

Ah, here's a thread on the subject. https://www.homebrewtalk.com/f35/less-priming-sugar-keg-104216/
