Hello everyone, got a homebrewing kit from Midwest Supplies for Christmas. My parents bought all the men in my family the same kit with the challenge that we have to bring a case of beer to our summer vacation to the beach for a little family competition. I've been wanting to get into homebrewing for a long time so I'm already far down the rabbit hole.
I've got my first brew from a Midwest Supplies kit in the primary right now, and I'll be racking (still working on the lingo) it into the secondary on Saturday. I have a kegerator already that I've been using for commercial brews, but I'm going to get a corny keg and keg my beer rather than bottling (sounds a lot easier) Look forward to learning a lot from you guys!
