I got a copper immersion chiller for a Christmas present!
I have ingredients ready to go for an English Pale Ale and will definitely want to use the chiller on the batch. What do I need to do to give it a nice thorough cleaning before the first use?
I've read things about soaking it in vinegar and water or just running hot water over it. Is this sufficient? I feel like there should be more scrubbing or soaking involved to remove all excess residue, dirt, or random particles.
Advice?
