Looking to see if anyone out there has any knowledge on the hops and schedule New Holland uses in Lake and Trail? They’re really clamming up lately on their site and with any info at all on ingredients-not really sure what they’re afraid of...
Either way, I’ve approximated the lager recipe as far as ABV, color, etc.with a little help and BeerSmith, but I just don’t have a good take on what the hops might be or the schedule .. some reviews I’ve seen (herbal, floral, citrusy, earthy, pepperey) make me think of German noble hops (Magnum and Tettnang?) and IIRC their tap list showed 42-43 IBU
