New to brewing, but ive made a few wines and ciders.

And yes, I am from the middle of nowhere compared to most in this site. We dont get much up here in Maine for good booze (Shipyard, Sea Dog, and Gritty McDuff's are the only micros around with Woodchuck being the only cider up here too. )

Just wanted to get started with the good stuff and see where I can go from here.
