Hey everyone,
I’m Nick and I’m from the Pacific Northwest. I’ve been brewing for 8 years, with a few years off as of late. I just finished my indoor electric HERMS brewery in my home and I’m excited to really get back into brewing. I started all grain from the get-go with a one gallon kit, and never looked back. I’ve always stopped in here to get tips and ideas from others, but never though I had any unique info or ideas to share, but I realized recently that I do, and would like to share some of my experience and ideas, and continue to learn from others.
