Although this is not my first post, I will introduce myself...
I am very new brewer, on my second batch (extract kolsch), with one waiting in the wings (Hoegaarden Clone partial mash)..
I am a long time wine guy that has made a small amount of wine on a small commercial scale in the past, but since I live in an industrial loft, that is not possible for me on a home scale.
I am also a cast member on next years "The Winemakers - Season 2 Rhone Valley"...on PBS next September (supposedly!!).

I have read many of the topics here with great interest, and I respect the experience and knowledge that I can already see exists in many of the posters.
