Hey everyone,
Name's Matt, and I'm a new home brewer from just south of Philadelphia. Just did my first brew day yesterday and can't wait for the results. I'm pretty sure almost every possible thing that could go wrong did, but hey, this is a learning experience. Don't have too many worries though as my OG came out exactly as the recipe stated and signs of a healthy fermentation have started.
Looking at my username you can probably tell I'm a big fan of German beers, primarily Weissbier (Hefeweizen, Dunkelweizen, etc). I definitely look forward to brewing some of them next. I would love if I could find a good recipe for an Andechser Weissbier Dunkel clone.
Looking forward to getting to know and learn from fellow brewers and drink some good home brew.
