Hi All - Been lurking for awhile. Have 4 beers under my belt (3 extract with grains & 1 partial mash). So far so good with my brews (amber ale and Raspberry wheat from Modwest, Dogfish 60 minute IPA clone and a Robust Porter from my LHBS - Love2Brew). No off favors, no bottle bombs!!! Setup a chest freezer fermentation chamber before I started the first brew as temp control seems to be very important.

Moving to AG this week (picked up and Irish Red Ale AG kit) just waiting for my 15 gallon kettle to arrive.

Thanks to everyone who has posted in the past allowing me to learn from your experience.
