Just saying hey, I am a recent graduate of Drexel University in Philly. Finished my degree in Biomedical Engineering. I always have some sort of 'experiment' going on, and enjoy DIY stuff.
Bottled my first batch of beer a week and a half ago, got another in the primary fermenter.
I'm starting with stouts (a real man's beer), and I'm gonna stick with stouts untill I perfect my recipe, with seasonal modifications.
