Anyone in the Orange County, CA area considering opening a brewery? I'm a very new home brewer with a dream of opening a commercial brewery. I'm looking for an experienced brewer with an interest in going pro with a partner. Ideally you have commercial brewing experience.

Generally very experienced brewers, including some who certainly have interest. (Including the fact that one of the most well-known breweries in the area was founded by a member of our club and its former head brewer was a club member).
