I am looking to get a new kettle (converting a cooler right to to switch to AG)...
and I need some advice...

I still brew in my apartment kitchen as there is no room outdoors to fit all the equipment...

I eventually want to bump up into 10 gal batches... key word being eventually.
I will still be doing 5 gal batches for the far future probably though.

Is getting a 60 qt BK with an 18.25 inch diameter to big to do 5 gal batches in?

should i get something along the lines of a 30 or 42 quart size... stick to full boil 5 gallon until I get the necessary outside space to get a burner and not use my kitchen stove... (right now I do extract w/ partial boil in a 4-5 gal lobster pot-- the black ones with speckled white spots)
