New Beer guy from California

Hey you guys what's up? I'm Juan 22 and today I just got me kit to make beer ! I want to craft my own Beer so badly because .... It's expensive :/ and because it looks so fun...

I bought the kit from monster brew and it's an pale ale ... But I'm a bit confused they gave me two dry malt extracts shouldn't it just be one since I have a can of malt extract as well ???

And how do I add this little bag of hops ??? Should I put them in a bag ??? Let me know thanks !!!

Did the kit supply instructions or muslin bags?

If you don't have bags, just toss the hops in at the appropriate time, BUT you will need to strain them out when you transfer your wort to the primary.

IMO: I'd toss both of the dry malt extracts into the boil with the hops and put the liquid malt extract in late (~15 min left).

If you don't have instructions, post all of your ingredients and someone will come up with instructions for you. Good luck!

Thanks man today if I have time I will try and make my first batch ... Hopefully it comes out great . By any chance do you Guys trade beers here ? You know like can I trade my first batch with other people so they could taste it and give me a rating ???? Thanks !!!
