Need Oktoberfest Kit and directions

Thanks for sending me invitation HBT. I want to brew Octoberfest. I am interested in Mead because they drank that in the middle ages. I am foreign language person but the renaisaance is my time. That includes music and playing it. Anyway I was idiot and lost my crocks. I will get beer making kit at our HEB across street unless you have homemade approach, from scratch either mead (renaissance 1516 not modern) and Octoberfest. I know I need yeast and recipe but I want to do it at home. Guitarman P.S. Just got brand new starburst strat, I had black, only white (eric clapton) except on layla, and starburst (deep purple?)
