So i was going to brew a dogfish 90 IPA tonight as a partial boil. As the grains are steeping (1lb of thomas fawcett amber malt and 1 lb of 2 row) i noticed i got the wrong yeast. Any idea what to do with the grains and the following:
5oz of amarillo
1oz warriort
1 oz simcoe
10lbs LDE
Also have some left over northeern brewer. and unfortuanately wyeast 1056
