I live in a remote area and only get a chance to do a bulk grain order once a year. Need your advice on whats good to stock up on. This is for specialty grains only, I can get 2 row and pilsner from local brewery.

I make alot of styles- Brown, amber, blonde, pale, ipa, belgian. Gonna try my hand in lagers and pilsner soon.

I got plenty of munich, crystal 15 & 60, carapils and biscuit. Plus flaked oat, corn and wheat.

Anything else you recommend I stock up on?

Marris Otter, Simpson's pale malt if you can get it. Pilsners and Lagers have lots of variations, try to pin down what you want to make, look for recipes and order what you need,
