I just back from Sierra Nevada's Ultimate Palate showdown. 6 wines vs 6 beers, 5 course dinner. The goal being to find out which goes better with food. Beer wins. Any way Sierra Nevada make an imperial stout called Hellraiser and it is incredible. it has dried ancho chillies and coco nibs. :rockin: all over above. I want to make a clone of it but can't find a recipe. Does anyone have one? Thanks
