A hefeweizen, recommend looking at the recipe database. Most recipes are AG, but can be converted to extract.

I haven't tried any of the recipes but look at the ones made by Edwort or Baron von Beegee. These guys brew alot, have traded beers in the forum and gotten good reviews.

I just bottled a hefeweizen and it smells great. Here is the recipe I used:

.5lb Carapils
6lb Wheat LME
1lb Light DME
1oz Tettnanger Hops
