Sparge as you like
Boil 90 minutes, adding hops and sugar as you go
Whirlpool hops for roughly 20-30 min
Dry hop after initial fermentation for 3-5 days. I did 5 because I was out of town. Cold crash, briefly, no finings!
The rye really adds to the spicy notes with this, complimenting the cascade hops nicely. A touch of caramel comes through. Sexy lacing on the glass as you drink. Excellent summer beer. One and done at 9.6%
