New here but have been brewing for years. Anyway, I've decided to start working on my own recipes and could use a little peer review. What I started out with was a Northern Brewer Honey Brown which I decided to make it an imperial. I don't know how crazy or stupid this is but why not. So, here goes....

Please forgive me if I've violated any HBT ethics or rules.

Thanks,
Brian

11 lbs 2 row
2 lbs crystal 40L
1 lbs cara 8
4 oz Briess special roast
4 oz special B
4 oz Chocolate malt
4 oz biscuit malt
1 lb honey at flame out
1 oz cluster @60 min
1 oz centennial @30 min
1 oz centennial @1 min
1 oz chinook dryhop in secondary for 2 wks
wyeast 1056

Mash in @ 152 and out @ 168
Boil for 60 but would like to go for 90
