I quickly discovered shortly after the image was posted that the only Simma's in the Milwaukee area is for a bakery, but their building is significantly larger and totally different architecture than that of the one in the image. if there's another Simma's in the greater Milwaukee area, they haven't taken the effort to give it an very web-friendly presence

It's not on that list. The town's name is fairly ordinary. The name isn't derived from Native American names, like so many other towns in WI.

If you're on I-43, you'll go right by it.
