Don't even know why I came here tonight. Was looking for some info but can't remember what now. Got ADHD you know. Saw a post from someone else that distracted me and down the rabbit hole I went! Saw someone posted a question about apple cider without any apple taste and decided to share what I learned many years ago from an 18 way yeast comparison I did when challenged by a coworker in a cider Brew-Off. Guess I am a member now.
