I have around 12oz. of two year old Simcoe (pellet) hops. They've been stored in the freezer in a Ziploc bag. The original seal has been broken, so there is no "vacuum" seal.

Would these still be viable for late addition aroma use (10min/1min additions)?

I'd hate to toss these, but I don't want to screw up a batch of brew, either.:rockin:

I agree with what's already been said regarding the smell.
Using the default AA% of 18% in the HOP AGE tool in Beersmith at 24 months old stored in plastic bags at 0*F. the AA% should be reduced to 11.32%.

Thanks for the good feedback, folks. The hops smell fine (love that Simcoe smell) and still are nice and green. It makes me happy to learn that they're still usable!
