My lunch is worse than your lunch.

Today I've got Salmon, asparagus and 2 small baked potatoes. Was supposed to be dinner last night, but half way through cooking we realized we had tickets for the local Shriners Spaghetti Dinner So I went and picked up dinners and SWMBO finished cooking our awesome lunches for today.

I don't eat lunch. A homemade eggamuffin with OJ every morning and a regular dinner...then I drink my dessert. Once I got below 180 I decided that's it...never above 180 again.

yesterday home made beef stir fry with leftover Ribeye steak and a huge mound of fresh spaghetti squmpkin fried up with garlic butter and onions and a Mild brown.....



Today a store bought salad and water.




If I stopped drinking beer I would most likely 10 lbs real quick .


is it going to happen? I think not.
