Hey everyone!

I had some good advice on here the other day (and from all the recipes on here too) when I was getting ready to brew my first original recipe. I thought I would post it and get some feedback. I brewed it on Wednesday and it's bubbling away like mad!

Ingredients:

5 pounds Extra Light DME (added at flameout)
3 pounds Light DME (added at flameout)
.5 lbs Specialty Grains - Crystal 20L (steeped 25 minutes at 160)
.5 lbs Specialty Grains - Crystal 40L (steeped 25 minutes at 160)
1 Whirfloc Tablet (15 min)
2 oz. Chinook pellet hops (Bittering) (2 oz. at 60 min)
2 oz. Cascade pellet hops (Aroma) (1 oz. at 15 min, 1 oz. at 0)
2 oz. Zythos pellet hops(Aroma) (1 oz. at 10 min, 1 oz. at 5 min)
