I think. Wyeast Weinstephaner has been so good to me. Even during these summer time high temps. I bought the last smack pack from my LHBS, they're switching to White Labs. The sweet nectar that this great yeast produces has been tarnished by that sour astringent bug, probably through careless and wreckless sanitation :drunk:

Gonna go cry in my sour beer now :( Just had to vent.
 
I recently tried wyeast weinstephaner yeast and my beer smells like ass. Fermented around 72. Not sure why the funky smell turned up?
