Hey all. Very new to home brewing and would like some advice/suggestions. I have 4 gal of pear cider in the primary now. I added 4 lbs of corn sugar and a nottingham ale yeast. started with an O.G. of 1.090. What should I expect and should I add anything?
I also have 5 gal of apple cider that I added 4 lbs of brown sugar to and a champagne yeast to. O.G. of 1.090. Same questions, should I add anything to it and what can I expect?
