So I did my first AG, BIAB today... Seems like everything went ok so far.

I am basically doing this recipe, Honey Chamomile Wheat
I did forget to get a pre-boil Grav. reading, however my starting fermentor Grav. is at 1.042 (adjusted)

I am using Safale us-05

I am going to ferm at 65 f for 14 days.

Awesome! My next up batch is gonna be my first as well. Got Fuggles, Goldings, and WLP002. Have not picked a malt yet.

How did everything go?

You might get better attenuation if you let it ferment warmer after it settles down, say a week at 65 and another 2 weeks at 70 to 72. Most of my all grain beers start above the predicted OG and finish at or below the predicted FG.

If a little lower FG is all, I am not too worried about that.
Beersmith is predicting 5.7 abv. and I wouldn't mind it being a bit lower than that for a wheat beer.
