I made a pumpkin cider and pumpkin mead back in mid November. I let them ferment out, then racked onto some canned pumpkin. Let them sit for a month or so then racked again. The cider is still fermenting away and now has a brain! Looks like a keeving process but post fermentation rather than pre-fermentation. Haven't tasted it yet. Never had this happen before. Any ideas?
