Mr beer bavarian weissbier how to improve?

I have a mr beer refill that I bought before moving to all grain. Right now I have some grains leftover (half a pound of Munich and half a pound of chocolate) and 0.75 ounce of hallertau hops.
Is it viable to do a partial grain and then add the mr beer LME or should i drop the shannannigans and just use the can?

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

You absolutely can im not sure how much of your grains you should use but i do recommend to use your hops for flavor and aroma since the lme is already hopped and bittered and I guess rehydrate the yeast packet.

You can try to add some grains and hops to the unknown can but I think the results are unpredictable. I think the better option for upgrading your can would be to get a better yeast.

Don't you have some other yeast? Maybe a couple of tablespoons from a yeast cake. Anything has to be better.

Update:
Just bottled it, and it smells fantastic!!
I'll just wait a couple of weeks to see what it tastes like.
