I'm moving from WA to Socal and it will be several weeks before the kegorator is back in working order after the move.

I've got supplies to make a batch, will I run into problems if an uncarbed keg gets too warm? I'm thinking of making this last batch prior to moving, and then just sealing the keg with 30psi and transporting and letting it sit.. It may fluctuate in temp though anywhere from 60-75 degrees for several weeks.

I don't see why not. Just use it as your secondary. As long as it's purged and sealed, I think it should be fine.

Just hope that it doesn't turn out awsome, or you'll have to drive all of your beers around in your car for weeks before drinking :D
