Awesome video! You going to be publishing the recipe?

Hi BTB,
this is the recipe I used (obviously metric units since I am Norwegian, but that shouldn't be a showstopper)

0.34 kg Caramel/Crystal malt – 60L
0.34 kg Rye malt
1 kg Munich malt – 12.5L
1 kg Wheat malt
6.25 kg Pale Malt
0.73 kg Invert sugar (added a few days into the fermentation)
70g Warrior – boil 60 min
50g Citra – boil 15 min
50g Citra – steep 2 min
100g Citra - dryhopping
WLP090 (I used 1 vial plus a two-step starter)
Mash at 65 degrees C for 60 min
Collect 30 litres of wort
Est. Pre-boil gravity @ 70% brewhouse efficiency (Beersmith): 1.081
Boil for 60 min
Est. OG: 1.091
Add the dryhops after 1 week and leave it in the fermentor for 10 days.
Est. FG: 1.006

Cheers,
Mongster

Love the video. I especially enjoyed being able to tell that you said 'Boom' on that one big hop addition.
