Motorized mill, power transfer

Looking for some help/guidance to motorize my MM2.o 3 roller mill. I'm building this using a gear motor 1/2 hp with an 84 RPM reversible output.

So, my question is this: Can I drive at 84 RPM and be successful? if not, my options are to either belt drive or chain drive and use a 2:1 ratio to double my speed.

Also seeking source suggestions for parts. beyond McMaster, anyone have a vendor they like for the parts you think I should use?

Some mills come with a hand crank, which you can turn at 50-100 RPM. So, 84 RPM will work.
