so i ordered a pound of crystal from morebeer about a month ago and i ordered it ground thinking i would brew that batch sooner than i did, but i havent gotten to it yet. I havent opened the vacuum seal bag it came in, but since it is pre-ground, i am still woried about deterioration, especially since the pound of crystal is basically the only specialty grain. I know theres been a lot of threads on this, but i was wondering if anyone knew how well those vacuum seal bags keep oxygen out. I can smell the grain through the bag so i dont think its entirely airtight....
