Molson Black Ice Clone

Hi all,
Does anyone have a Molson Black Ice clone recipe that you wouldn’t mind sharing? I have a friend from Canada coming to visit that I would like to make this beer for but can’t find the recipe anywhere. I even tried Beersmith’s database.

I'm pretty sure its against the law to homebrew Molson Black Ice.

Joking aside, you could probably do a classic American lager, but I imagine it's hard to get just right. You could also try a cream ale, which your friend will probably enjoy. Just 2 Row (or DME, if extract), a little table sugar, and low hopping.
