I made a batch of New England style cider with raisins and left it in primary for about 3 months because I'm lazy and I hate bottling. Checking on the cider now, I'm seeing some white spots on the raisins. Normally I wouldn't think mold would be an issue for a cider sitting around in the primary, but I'm a little paranoid because of the raisins sitting around. I tried to take a picture, which shows a few of the white flakes. Any thoughts?
