Modify Toasted Coconut Cream Ale?

Hi all. I just recently started brewing and I’m still using kits. I recently got the Brewers Best toasted coconut cream ale but I’m thinking of modifying it. Has anybody used it and added cocoa nibs to it?

I have not, nor anything similar. Have you brewed it before? I think it's a good idea to brew a kit as designed for comparison. Perhaps you can split the batch? Keep us posted.
