Modified Palmer Recipe Look Okay?

Just wondering if a tweak to this recipe will be palatable

4.00 lb Amber Dry Extract (12.5 SRM) Dry Extract 44.4 %
5.00 lb Pale Liquid Extract (8.0 SRM) Extract 55.6 %
1.50 oz Challenger [8.30%] (60 min) Hops 23.2 IBU
0.50 oz Cascade [6.00%] (30 min) Hops 4.3 IBU
0.50 oz Cascade [6.00%] (15 min) Hops 2.8 IBU
1.00 oz Cascade [5.50%] (Dry Hop 3 days) Hops -
3 Pkgs SafAle American Ale (DCL Yeast #S-05) Yeast-Ale

I basically I will be adding 1 lb. of DME and 1 lb. of LME to the recipe and will dry hop with 1oz of cascade for 3 days. Any recommendations from some more experienced brewers?

I'd boost the Challenger by a half ounce to keep the IBU/ABV ratio up.

Looks fine, but why so much yeast? I don't think you need more than one package...

i think you'd better send about half that batch to me for inspection when you bottle it.

really thought, like another poster said, just up the hops a bit to balance out the extra extract.
