2.0 lb Acidulated Malt
45.0 g Centennial (10.0%) - added during boil, boiled 60.0 min
20.0 g Centennial (10.0%) - added during boil, boiled 10.0 min
3.0 tsp Whirlfloc Tablets (Irish moss) - added during boil, boiled 0.0 min
1.0 ea WYeast 2633 Octoberfest Lager Blend


Basically an Octoberfest, but with a few unusual ingredients...
 
Sounds interesting... but do you normally use American 2-row for your O-fests??? or is that one of the weird ingredients?

btw- I am not sure the text size is large enough.... :D

If someone can tell me a better way to post BeerTool recipes I would be grateful.

Yes, 2-row is not traditional. I simply have a bag of it I want to use up and I have the yeast. I also have the hops. Therefore, this is the recipe I have pulled together. That is why it is a Mock-toberfest.

Silly but there you have it.
