Missing Pin on Gas IN Post

I just bought a couple of pin lock kegs, checking them over I noticed that I was missing one of the two pins on the Gas In post. Should this pose a problem in any situation? Don't have any couplers, otherwise I'd troubleshoot it myself. Thanks y'all!

I would just buy a replacement part then you don't have to worry

I have all pin lock kegs and have had to replace a few posts with zero problems. Just need to figure out if you have firestone or Cornelius kegs.

I would replace it as well. You can find pin lock posts cheap. If you have a home-brew club I would ask around and see if anyone has one lying around as a lot of people convert them to ball locks.

I wouldn't be surprised if you found someone on the forums who could mail you one for a couple bucks.

It may work forever, it may work for a week and fail. $5 for a post vs $15 for a tank full of co2 if it leaks is how I would look at it.
