Miscellaneous ingredients needing some advice.

So I have 1lb of crystal 60, 1lb of crystal 20, 1lb of Crystal Carafoam, 1lb of muntons dark Crystal, .5lb of caramel Munich 20, .5lb white wheat, 1lb of wheat DME, 1lb of light DME. I was wondering if I could make a 1 gallon batch out of some of these things? I would really like to try a 1 gallon BIAB batch. Any tips would be appreciated!

You could do the two pounds DME and a splash of crystal and either some or all of that white wheat and make a wit. Plug it into some recipe application and see what your OG would be. Couldn't hurt. For crystal, use no more than 10% in the batch. Do a mini mash of the crystal and wheat.
