I’m a homebrewer from the deep north - Minneapolis area. I’ve been at it for about 10 years. I am quite addicted to the art of perfecting the hazy - which at times I get close to and at times I’m far away. We have different challenges in our cold climate with the temps being so cold and so hot.
I look forward to getting wisdom from connection with other brewers. Thanks
