The little latino market near my place has a citrus fruit they call a "limon dulce" or sweet lemon. They are yellow/greenish, a bit ugly. The juice itself is a bit insipid but the peel smells like lemongrass/citronella. I thought it might be an interesting addition to a wit I'm brewing tonight instead of the traditional orange peel. Any thoughts? Anyone used this variety of citrus before in brewing?
