I'm building a 1/2 " CPVC manifold for my 10 Gal round cooler. I want to get the best configuration I can, so could you post pictures of your manifold for a round cooler and possibly straight pipe lengths? Thinking about going with this design from Palmers book. Is this a good design or are there better ones? Thanks.

Igloo 10 gallon round cooler. 9 1/2" x 7 3/4" For the square part not including the small attachment pipe. The long straight pieces are about 9".

Side view. For the connection to the ball valve I took a torch to the piece of cpvc to give it a slight bend. I held the torch about two or three feet away to slowly bend it without burning it. It sits flush on the bottom of the cooler.:
