Please let us know how it turns out. I have a lbs of these hops and I was wondering what to do with them.
 
Just uncapped a SMASH of Maris Otter and Mandarina Bavaria (40 minute boil, equal IBU addition of hops at 30, 15, 5, and whirlpool).

It has a nice smell of mild orange/citrus. Taste is OK, strong citrus orange and ?, not as smooth as I had read about. Finish is strong of orange peel flavor.

Overall, I think it will blend well with other orange citrus type hops to amplify that flavor/aroma.
